This 6-week online course is a soft landing for those days when life feels too much. Whether you're feeling anxious, scattered, or just running on empty, Rest for the Restless offers practical tools to help you regulate your nervous system and return to yourself. Through gentle movement, breath, and grounding practices, you’ll learn how to pause with compassion and build inner steadiness, without needing to perform, push, or fix anything. Drawing from yoga therapy, trauma-sensitive teaching, and my creative approach to healing, each session gently invites curiosity, not perfection. In a world that constantly pulls our attention outward, this course helps you reconnect to the present moment, with care and space to breathe.
